Friendly staff, good sales, lots of stock arriving weekly. Thank you for bringing a grocery store back to the Mildmay Mall :) We love shopping local.
I went to Food Mart, and let me tell you, the cashier there is such a nice person! They were super helpful and packed all my items in bags for me. It's great to receive such friendly service while shopping. Food Mart is definitely a place where you can expect helpful and kind staff during your visit. Thank you
I enjoy shopping here, meat selection is good and fresh produce. For a small town it is very expensive to shop in this store. 1lb of butter is 10.00, even the rich would think prices are way to high. Unfortunately I will shopping elsewhere

It's a lovely store but it doesn't have a great selection and it's is SO EXPENSIVE compared to other places. Unfortunately it's the only grocery shopping available in town, I chose to go to Walkerton or Hanover.
I went to get a few things when I was in Mildmay. I had looked at the flyer to see what was on sale. I was the first one in there, and there was only one worker there, too. I walked around looking for the things and the sales. They didn't have any of the sales. I asked about them, and he told me it isn't a freshmart it's a food mart. He said the sales aren't the same, and I wouldn't find them on the app but didn't offer anything saying what the sales were. I then asked if it was new owners he said yes, and I said I didn't know that I asked who bought it, and he said his friends. The produce and meat looked not appealing and expensive. There was no sliced meat in that part of the store, not a lot in that end of the store at all. They also had candy with free on it in 3 different parts of the store I got a couple bags and he said it was $4.49 I said it says free he said he didn't think so so I took him to show him and when I got back to the till there was a bag saying free right beside him. Very disappointing.
